1. So first of all in dashboard go to Appearance > Theme Options
2. Then in the options panel that appears click on Header
3. Scroll down and you’ll see Facebook, Vimeo, Instagram, etc and for this example click on facebook +
4. Open Facebook and find the page you want to link to and once you’ve navigated there, copy the page url:
5. Paste the copied URL into the Facebook URL [ ] box. (make sure not to leave any of the old one there) Then click on [Save Changes]
